All orders are shipped via DHL, our trusted logistics partner. DHL provides tracking services and estimated delivery timelines to ensure you can monitor your order’s progress at every step.

2. Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard and/or express shipping to the following regions:

Singapore - 1–3 business days

Southeast Asia - 3–7 business days

International - 5–14 business days

5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes contain alcohol), we may not be able to ship to certain countries or regions with restrictions on flammable liquids. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
