Thank you for shopping at Myminiperfumes! Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

 

1. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

Perfumes are considered personal care and hygiene products. For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been shipped or opened.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at enquiries@myminiperfumes.com. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and a description of the issue. We will assess the case and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

All products sold through our website are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles

  • Gift sets or promotional bundles

  • Clearance or sale items

 

4. Cancellations
